The wAP R operates on the 2.4 GHz frequency, providing Wi-Fi 4 (802.11b/g/n) wireless connectivity with speeds up to 300 Mbps. It features a miniPCI-e slot and integrated LTE antennas, allowing you to install your own LTE modem (not included) for mobile broadband access. This makes it ideal for locations where traditional wired internet is unavailable.
Equipped with a 650MHz CPU and 64MB RAM, the wAP R handles essential networking tasks efficiently. It includes one 10/100 Ethernet LAN port for wired devices. The device offers multiple powering options, including 9-30V PoE-in via the Ethernet port, a DC jack, and an automotive connector, making it highly adaptable for use in cars, buses, or trains.
